In 2011, Oliver started his own Financial Services Company called Carrington Financial Group, which offered a diverse range of Financial Services, Products and Strategies to help his clients achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

This was provided through two licences - a Credit Licence and a Personal Financial Advice Licence.

Oliver re-structured and re-branded the company into two primary brands, both under the "Your Advice" umbrella to ensure a clearer understanding of offered services and ultimately provide a better outcome for his clients.

In 2021, Oliver formally resigned as a licenced Personal Financial Adviser to focus on providing finance strategies and comprehensive finance broking services. The "Your Financial Advice" business was formally sold and Oliver now refers any client Personal Financial Advice needs to external providers. 

Currently, Oliver is still providing credit assistance as a Finance Broker under "Your Home Loan Advice", and in 2024 re-licenced to provide General Advice for life insurance under his newly established company "Protect Wealth".

He prides himself on providing a full-suite solution for his clients therefore he works very closely with Licenced Financial Advisers, Accountants, Real Estate Agents and Lawyers.

Oliver has a wide background when it comes to financial services and helps clients all around Australia. He has also mentored financial advisers and finance brokers through industry-approved programs, been a public speaker and motivator of creating wealth and paying down debt, speaking to audiences both in Victoria and Western Australia.

Oliver has worked closely with Property Investment firms helping their clients successfully secure the finance for the home or investment property, as well as assisted clients with the education needed and assistance in establishing their own Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Oliver is a co-founder and owner of an Australian Financial Services Licence providing financial advisers the licencing requirements to give Personal Financial Advice.

He is a State Councilor for the Finance Brokers Association of Australia and a member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia.
